Senior Transportation Designer with 41 years of experience working on a variety of bridge and highway projects. His experience includes preliminary and final design/analysis and 3D modeling of realigned major rural and urban divided highways, complex and semi-complex interchanges, reconstructed high-speed urban transitional roadways, urban streets, rural roadways, resurfaced and widened roadways, rehabilitated major rural and urban divided highways, and bicycle/multi-use paths. Other experience includes design, analysis and cost estimating for a 50-mile corridor study of I-39 between Madison and Beloit, WI and the drainage design and analysis of an 8.5 mile, 4 station LRT extension project in Seattle, WA.
