About Dirk Lennartz

My Project Management experience in the pharmaceutical industry entails phase I through phase IV interventional/non-interventional studies with a focus on late-phase studies. Throughout over 15 years of professional career in pharmaceutical industry, I managed and directed studies in a variety of therapeutic areas and indications. I have line-managed teams of PMs and Sr. PMs for more than seven years. A PMI Project Management Professional certification and a St. Gallen Business School Jr. Management Program diploma, and a Six Sigma DMAIC Black Belt certification are rounding up expert knowledge in project management and leadership. I am a self-motivated and motivating person. Being a good team player with excellent organizational skills. I enjoy working with and leading high performance teams in dynamic environments. I like to manage complex tasks, relate critical topics and know how to create a constructive and trustful atmosphere internally and externally. Driving for solutions by putting risks and challenges into perspective, I achieve best results. Being an early adopter for new technologies and acting as role model, I play an integral part when it comes to change management.
