My work focuses on all aspects of solar, energy storage, microgrid, geothermal and biogas project development, acquisition and management. I am active as developer and asset manager and, after more than 20 years as partner with two AmLaw 100 law firms, I continue to represent a select group of clients in transactional matters or as fractional general counsel. Besides being a renewable energy project developer and asset manager, I remain admitted to practice law in California, Germany and most European countries.
