Ambitious individual who prospers on achieving results. Have worked in all business sectors which includes mining, retail, industrial and textile and manufacturing. Managed large employee numbers from 100 to 4400 at previous companies. At previous and current company, I formed part of all Internal departments to assist, manage or coordinate the processes and policies in relevant HR, Sales and Marketing, Operations, Finance and Logistics. I also dealt with Legal interventions in company related matters, to assist, solve and guide. The security industry has created all of above opportunities. I had the privilege to meet and network with significant business professionals through out my career. I believe that management is key in everyday life at work, and home. Goals, targets and plans are vital factors to succeed!
