I’m all about CHAMPIONING BUSINESS CHANGES and this is what I have been passionately pursuing for over 30 professional years now to drive growth, lead transformation and most importantly empower people to bring their best capabilities to the table. During my career I have led, designed or been closely involved to nearly every change phase along corporate lifecycle – from crisis management to strategic repositioning, product innovation, entering new categories, geographies and channels all the way through digital transformation. Consumer goods are my great passion and I am particularly at home in the areas of toys, games, home decoration, entertainment and licensing. Either in multinational, or family-owned businesses my extensive experience spans from developing and marketing premium brands, inspiring local and global customers, adapting to changing consumer preference, partnering with high quality suppliers worldwide and driving the evolution of traditional retail towards digital commerce. I believe in the power of people working trustful together to achieve common goals and had the privilege of learning this from the best managers in the industry. I have successfully led teams in my home country of Germany and internationally in the USA, Eastern Europe and Asia. I embody diversity and strive to exemplify this mindset on a daily basis by creating inclusive and agile work environments.
