With over 13 years of experience in finance, I am passionate about delivering value to clients and stakeholders through data-driven analysis, strategic planning, and business optimization. As an Executive Director at Quintet Private Bank, I lead financial business partnering for two markets, Luxembourg and Netherlands, and support the CEO in driving growth and performance. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a master's degree in finance from Maastricht University. In my current role, I lead a team of 5 direct reports and manage cross-border operations, harmonizing processes and optimizing efficiency. I also provide financial insights and recommendations to the Local Management Committee and the Group CFO/CEO, enabling informed and effective decision making. I have successfully led group-wide projects, such as Cost to Serve, and contributed to the development and implementation of the bank's strategy and vision.
