About Dirk Stanger

EDUCATION: I have a Bachelors degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho in Business Management, with an emphasis on Finance, Marketing, and Spanish. CAREER: Since graduating from college, my enitire career has been in the banking industry beginning at Wells Fargo in the retail division. I specialized in consumer accounts and consumer loans. After 2 years I was promoted to the commercial lending department as a credit analyst. During my 3 years as a credit analyst, I developed skills in financial analysis (including agriculture and C&I analysis), credit underwriting, credit monitoring, sales (cross-selling), and customer service. In March of 2011, I changed employment to Zions Bank as a Business Banking Relationship Manager and Assistant Vice President, and in 2015 moved into a VP Commercial Portfolio Manager Role. On December 31, 2019 I began work as a Commercial Loan Officer for DL Evans Bank, and in May of 2020 I was promoted to a VP Branch Manager within DL Evans. I am excited to bring my industry experience and passion for service to this financial institution and specifically the Ammon branch. In this role, I partner with local businessmen as a trusted advisor and I try to discover the financial needs of their business, and find solutions to those needs. My passion as a branch manager is to create value to my clients and team, and to provide an excellent customer service experience and work environment for my team!
