My motivation comes from two main sources: the joy of play and a fascination with human development. I originally wanted to become a doctor and worked in the medical service for two years before turning to business. This experience shaped my deep interest in psychology and human development. I love seeing people and their abilities grow exponentially when they are given the right support and structure - and I love giving it to them. With over twenty years of experience in IT finance, I lead a team of 50 experts to develop industry-leading solutions. I also see myself as a mentor and developer. I believe that structure and clear thinking can help smart people realize their full potential. My joy in seeing plans succeed is reflected in my professional success. I am convinced that transparency and the right combination of information are the key to sustainable success. I consistently pursue this approach in my work and rely on innovative, data-based solutions. Our key software, EVIEW CORE, provides customers with detailed insight into their contracts and IT assets, which supports optimal decision-making. Through a dynamic, results-oriented and loyal way of working and continuous self-reflection, we are constantly improving our processes and developing forward-looking solutions. Outside of business, I have a passion for craftsmanship. I find balance and relaxation in building and constructing - be it tiny houses or other projects that allow me to clear my head and get into the flow. I also practice meditation and physical fitness to keep my mental and physical balance.
