SAPSI started my Police Career in 2003 at Embalenhle SAPS. Attended my Basic Training and Tactical Training at Pretoria West College. Attended a few courses while being there. 2004 - Crime Prevention2005 - Sector Policing2010 - Basic Management ProgrammeI was priveledged to be named the Mpumalanga Police Officer of the year in 2010.I resigned in November 2014 because I received a better job offer.Servest SecurityWas offered the Operations Manager position November 2014 for the Secunda Branch.Was responsible for the Sasol Facilities Department Security. Made a good impact.Resigned in 2015 February due to better job offer from the client.Thorburn Security.By the request of the client (Sasol) I was offered a Site Manager position at Sasol Mining in February 2015. Mining Central was my responsiblity.2015 - Mining Central win the trophy for the best performing zone in the whole of Sasol Mining (Secunda).2016 - Got promoted to Operations Manager of Sasol Mining Operations. 2016 - Thorburn Security officer of the year came from the Secunda Operations. Resigned in August 2016 due to fact that Thorburn Security lost the contract. Bidvest Protea Coin.Joined Bidvest Protea Coin in 2016 August after they took over form Thorburn Security. Was appointed as Site Manager. Got promoted as Contract Manager in September 2016. The Sasol Mining Operations was my responsibility. I had 5 Site Managers with me. Resigned in 2019 February due to better job offer from the client. SasolJoined Sasol as permanent employee in March 2019. Responsible for the Mining East Operations. Mining East is the best performing zone at Sasol Mining. Due to Sasol restructuring process (2.0), I was transferred to the Pipeline and Outlying Areas. Being responsible for the security on the Fuel, Gas, Water and Power lines. Got promoted to Snr Control Officer in January 2023.
