Helo! I'm Dirlene Silva, Joana's mother, Vera's daughter and Marcia and Marta's sister. I am an Economist, Strategic Management and Financial Intelligence Consultant. I studied Masters in Management and Business, an MBA in Corporate Finance, an MBA in People Management and a Post-MBA in Emotional Intelligence. In addition to training in Organizational Mentoring and Financial Coach and in Emotion Management. I worked for over 25 years as a leader in the areas of Finance and Strategic Business Management. However, the desire to undertake was with me. I've always been uncomfortable with the lack of strategies in the corporate world and the difficulty around economics and finance that are considered to be the affairs of rich people. We don't talk about money in the family or among friends. Couples divorce over money, families fight over inheritances, people are murdered and killed over debt and yet we don't realize that the economy and finances are part of our daily lives. Aligning my discomfort with my life purpose, which is to EVOLVE always, providing evolution to others, I understood that it was time to go solo and positively impact the lives of companies and people. Thus, DS Strategies and Financial Intelligence was born with the purpose of “Demystifying the economy and finances” through the provision of Consulting, Coaching and Mentoring services. I help PEOPLE to: Understand that economics and finance are part of everyday life and are not just a matter for the elite; Organize and find a balance in your financial life; Unlock limiting beliefs about money; Build a healthy relationship with your finances and thus have a better quality of life; Lead in a strategic way, enhancing aspects of coach and servant leadership through emotional intelligence and emotion management. I help COMPANIES to: Having a more strategic management of your business through the creation of a planning culture; Make decisions based on data; Achieve more satisfactory results, remembering that results are achieved through people. Aligning people to the Organization's strategies, as it is through people that we achieve RESULTS. Map, improve and implement efficient and effective processes.
