About Disa Hammar

I am a social, ambitious and driven person with an extensive knowledge of and passion about Debt Capital Markets with more than 20 year´s experience from both the issuer- and banking side. I possess excellent communication skills from having participated in numerous investor meetings and as speaker or panelist at large conferences. I have great knowledge of and interest in driving innovation within green finance and are a board member of the Swedish National Advisory Board for Impact Investing. In my current position as Senior Debt Manager and Head of Investor Relations at Region Stockholm I am responsible for short and long-term funding, managing a debt portfolio of around SEK 40bn whereof 90% consists of green financing (green bonds and bilateral loan agreements from EIB and NIB.). Region Stockholm is one of the largest green bond issuers in the Swedish market but have also issued bonds in EUR and NOK. I have extensive knowledge about the EMTN and MTN bond format, CP program and bilateral project financing and negotiating with EIB and NIB. I am also responsible for the credit rating process (S&P bi-annual reviews), the EMTN program update and RCF project lead. As Head of Investor Relations I present at one-to-one meetings as well as at larger seminars. I am also responsible for arranging a yearly investor meeting for Region Stockholm’s largest green bond investors. Before joing Region Stockholm I held positions at SEB inluding working for the CEO office and as a sell side credit analyst providing corporate bond investors with secondary as well as primary market research on Nordic corporates active in the Swedish domestic bond market and the Eurobond market.
