Senior public health and MERL leader and trained epidemiologist with over 25 years of experience leading monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning initiatives across Africa, Asia, and the United States. Brings strong analytical expertise in quantitative and qualitative methods, translating mixed-methods evidence into actionable programmatic and policy recommendations. Extensive experience managing large-scale evaluations and learning agendas for USAID, FCDO, and UN agencies across health systems strengthening, One Health, maternal, newborn, and child health, nutrition, immunization, HIV/AIDS, and primary health care.A seasoned team lead and mentor, recognized for guiding multidisciplinary technical teams, supporting country and partner counterparts, and developing emerging leaders through coaching, teaching, and capacity strengthening. Known for fostering collaborative, high-performing teams and ensuring quality, rigor, and learning across complex, multi-country programs.Complemented by hands-on experience in U.S. behavioral health settings and training in digital health evaluation, supporting integrated, context-informed, and equitable program design. I am intentionally deepening my engagement within the U.S. health system, particularly in behavioral health and community-based care, to strengthen my understanding of how service delivery, policy, and financing shape access, engagement, and outcomes, alongside my global evaluation and systems experience.
