I graduated from Conestoga College with a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management and a Post Graduate Certificate in Global Business Management with distinction, where I learned the fundamentals and best practices of HR and business administration. Prior to this, I earned my Bachelor's in Business Administration from Delhi University, which provided me with a strong foundation in business principles and further enhanced my understanding of global markets and organizational dynamics.In my role as an Operations Trainer/Associate at CEVA Logistics, I trained new associates in operations, ensuring they were equipped with the necessary skills to excel. I also maintained the training matrix, providing accurate employee progress and development tracking. Additionally, I conducted audits to identify areas for improvement and implement measures to enhance operational effectiveness. I updated work instructions for operations, ensuring protocols were current and in line with industry best practices while keeping in mind the employees' health and safety.I also have experience in front office administration, having worked as a Front Office and Admin Associate at Semtech Institute.
