As President at CuraTeQ Biologics Pvt. Ltd, a subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma Ltd, I oversee the business, clinical, IP, and regulatory strategy for product commercialization in regulated and semi-regulated markets. I have a Ph.D in Immunology from ACTREC, University of Mumbai, and more than 25 years of professional experience in the USA and India, in both large and small molecule drug discovery and development. I have a passion for science and people, and I strive to create a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation in my team. I have successfully set up and led R&D labs, managed large cross-functional teams, mentored and developed talent, and delivered quality products within budget and timeline. I am adept at managing change, providing structure, guidance, and solutions, and creating and implementing effective strategies. I believe in constantly reinventing myself by unlearning, learning, and re-learning, and empowering my team to do the same. I enjoy facing challenges, pushing boundaries, and finding feasible and simple solutions with appropriate risk mitigation.
