I am a trainer by choice and a leader by purpose. With over 15 years of experience in Learning & Development, I specialize in building high-performing teams, executing large-scale training programs, and leading service excellence projects across industries. Currently, I lead the training function at Wagons Learning Pvt. Ltd, where I’ve delivered 90+ dealership training projects, aligned with commercial vehicle standards. My role spans end-to-end training lifecycle management — from Training Needs Identification (TNI) to OJT, SOP compliance, digital learning initiatives, and post-training performance analysis. I’m passionate about creating an efficient and motivated workforce that not only meets but exceeds productivity benchmarks. I bring a balance of people management, process adherence, and project execution, backed by a deep understanding of customer service metrics and quality frameworks. Recognized with multiple “Best Drona” awards, I’m constantly pushing for innovation in training delivery — whether through digital content, data dashboards, or frontline coaching. I also serve as Co-founder of the AD Soni Foundation, contributing to social initiatives with purpose.
