About Disha Khati

My 14+ years in the value chain have been a continuous journey of learning, growth, and change—shaped by different roles, cultures, and challenges. From managing supplier operations, navigating through demand and business planning, and expanding into leadership roles for over a decade, It’s been a journey of purpose and learning. Presently, I lead teams that design learning programs for our global supply chain actors, support digital transformation, and contribute to shaping the operating models of tomorrow. It’s work I care deeply about—because it’s about people, process, progress, and preparing for what’s next. Throughout this time, I’ve grown alongside Decathlon’s value chain—adapting as it evolved, and evolving with it. Every chapter has challenged me to rethink how we lead, collaborate, and build for the future. I believe the supply chain will be shaped as much by human skills as by technology. Empathy, adaptability, and collaboration will be just as critical as tools and systems. I continue to focus on building strong, diverse teams, staying open to change, and contributing where it matters most. This chapter continues to inspire me—the value chain keeps evolving with the shifting business landscape, and I look forward to evolve with it.
