About Disha Marjara

Throughout my career at EY, Deloitte, and McKinsey, I found myself most energized when working on complex, cross-functional problems with diverse teams. Whether it was diving into data or shaping client strategies, I loved the process of turning ambiguity into impact. These experiences sparked a deeper curiosity about understanding how businesses make high-stakes decisions that balance growth with long-term responsibility. To build on that curiosity and expand my strategic thinking, I’m currently pursuing an MBA at Ivey Business School. The case-based learning and collaborative environment have given me the tools to grow beyond a purely technical role and explore how sustainability, innovation, and business strategy intersect. Looking ahead, I’m excited to transition into a consulting role where I can help organizations grow responsibly, make better decisions, and drive meaningful, lasting impact.
