I am a HR Professional with 19 years of progressive experience across industry sectors like automotive, engineering & construction equipment, spanning across key dimensions of HR. My exposure is inclusive of employee engagement, HR - Generalist, talent acquisition, organization design, capability building, culture building, performance management, policy designing etc. Have played pivotal roles in strategic initiatives like M&A and re-engineering HR systems & processes. Have a rich experience which is a blend of Strategic Thinking and Result Orientation. Currently I am Dy. GM HR with India's leading automotive major, Tata Motors Ltd, responsible for leadership development, strategic alignment of people policies and practices with organization vision, end-to-end talent lifecycle and organization development. Also responsible to represent the function at various leadership meets & many external (industry/partner/educational institutes) forums. Have previously been associated with reputed organizations as M&M Ltd. & KOEL. Have led projects like white collar productivity improvement, organization re-designing for effective sales structure, leadership development tracks etc. Have actively contributed in integration of technology with practices to leverage mobility, data analytics and process automation resulting in improved employee experience and overall efficiency of various aspects of the people function.
