Spec. enrichment, SAP code generation & extension, Inventory modelling, Categorization of materials into Z1, PD and insurance spares. To prepare Best Maintenance Practices (BMPs) for Rotary Equipment’s; this includes Major Overhauling and Minor Maintenances like Seal Maintenance and preparing the overhauling checklist for each equipment. Troubleshooting of rotary and static equipment problems and being a key team member in Root cause analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) of rotary vacuum filter. Preparing technical specification, technical evaluation and vendor qualification for critical rotating equipment. P & ID, Selection of Materials, Seal, Flushing, Cooling Plan Etc. & Vendor Documents Review and acceptance. Handling Materials Management Activities Like, Material Master Creation, Material Master Updating, Spares Management, Bill of Materials (BOM), SPIL (Spare Parts Interchange ability List) Preparation etc. Proficient in Work Order Management, Work Permit Management, Enterprise portals like MOC (Management of Change) and OLS. Perform regular LLF (Look, Listen and Feel) rounds across the plants and liquidating the observations. Experience in maintenance and inspection of in-service and out-of-service equipment such as Pressure Vessels, Reactors, Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks, Furnaces and Safety Devices. Looking after MOC (Management Of change). Which include material BOM making as per specification in P & ID for MOC. Which include material planning, PR and follow up of material, service Requirement (Fab, scaffolding, insulation, specific job), Execution at field with time management and Safety.
