About Diska Aulia

I am Diska Aulia, an Industrial Engineering student at Medan Area University, passionate about production planning, quality control, and data-driven product analysis. I have hands-on experience as a student intern at PTPN IV Unit Usaha Teh Bah Butong, observing tea production from fresh leaf processing to packaging, studying machine efficiency, and participating in quality control by recording tea quality tests. I also worked as a Laboratory Assistant at the Riau Province Mineral Resources Office and contributed creatively as a Design Staff at Open Your Mind Indonesia. Previously, I served as Head of Media & Partnership and Treasurer at Sikola Rakyat Jalur Hijau, managing communications, partnerships, and financial records. My expertise includes production planning, quality control, data analysis, product management, graphic design, and copywriting, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and SPSS. I have successfully led projects involving social campaigns, lab analyses, and community engagement, demonstrating problem-solving and organizational skills. I am eager to apply my skills in production planning, quality control, and data analysis to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making in a dynamic organization.
