Started off configuring Cisco routers in high school which led to co-op stints in System & Software Engineering. In an attempt to automate the toil away, I took computer science and machine learning courses in university. I then pursued undergraduate research which resulted in several publications in distributed systems and AI and a PhD opportunity at Princeton. After finding out an academic career was not in my cards, I left for industry. Since then, I have worked at Google, Facebook, Cruise, and now, Nvidia.
