Hi, I'm Dita Amelia I started my career in Finance and Tax, where I gained strong attention to detail, compliance mindset, and data management skills. Over time, I found my true interest in Human Resources, which led me to transition into HR Operations and Payroll — managing employee data, contracts, and end-to-end salary processes for employees across multiple outlets. This experience has built a solid foundation in HR, and now I’m looking to grow further in this field — especially in Talent Acquisition. I’m highly interested in connecting people with the right roles, and I’m eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to building a strong team culture through hiring.
