Each person and each action has an impact – in my field of expertise I have grown to know how to find the best motivation and reach to perfection. Working on small details, alongside organising and seeing the bigger picture, has given me the opportunity to understand the romantic side of a business and how it works not only for the higher ups, but also to the employee. Each challenge I perceive as an opportunity to learn and improve my skills. I praise the young for the exuberating interest in all thing new, which inspires me too. I am always one step ahead of the industries trends. Throughout the years I have been known to notice and improve even the smallest of details and question anything – does it contribute to the goal?
