With a diverse background spanning retail, wholesale, direct sales, and entrepreneurial ventures, I offer a unique blend of experiences and insights. My core competency lies in navigating complexities while maintaining a strategic focus on broader objectives. My early years in retail cosmetics led me on a steep learning curve in marketing, PR, and the retail aspects of business. Not only did I acquire valuable skills in creative strategy, budgeting, campaign management, and leadership, but also I achieved my life goal of establishing myself on the other side of the world, in Australia. Venturing into the realm of boutique distribution further enriched my journey, exposing me to the dynamics of a rapidly growing organisation. Here, I deepened my expertise in B2B marketing and refined my abilities in business operations. Leading various projects, from ERP implementation to process automation and roadshow or expo events, ignited my passion for project management and driving impactful change. A temporary relocation to the Czech Republic broadened my horizons as I coordinated FMCG campaigns and gained experience as a specialist in a large roll-out project. Upon returning to Australia, I rejoined the boutique distributor in a consulting capacity, spearheading initiatives focused on lean processes, automation, and upgrading to a new e-commerce platform. Having gained more awareness of my interests and inclination, I was fortunate to land an opportunity with a technological company. Despite a short engagement due to a life decision to permanently move back to the Czech Republic, the multifaceted role allowed me to explore and learn about business processes in a corporate environment, including project management. Over the last few years, my focus has been on refining my career objectives through continuous learning. This included completing a year-long Diploma of Applied Blockchain and obtaining Project Management certification with Tayllorcox.
