About Dita Nabillah

I graduated from English Department at Sriwijaya State Polytechnic, where I honed my skills and knowledge. Prior to that, I gained valuable internship experience at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DIVRE where I served as a Customer Service Officer. During my internship, I excelled in addressing customer complaints and resolving various issues, while also assisting customers in managing the check-in and boarding processes. This invaluable experience enhanced my abilities in patience, effective communication, empathy, persuasion, logical and critical thinking, time management, swift and precise problem-solving, and collaborative teamwork. In addition to my customer service skills, I have a strong command of English, which has allowed me to teach English for approximately six years at an English language course agency. I am passionate about continuous learning, thorough in my approach, and adept at problem-solving. I also ventured into F&B through coursework and an online vocational student exchange program focused on culinary art, providing me with a great understanding of F&B products.
