About Diva Shrestha

I have over 10 years of education sector experience, 8 in higher education administration in the US and 2 in Nepal leading a not-for-profit education company. I am passionate about developing the leadership capabilities of change-agents. I am a systems thinker and believe that change is only effective if citizens from different generations, genders, socio-economic and cultural backgrounds co-define the country's evolving perspectives. Through my work of coaching and mentoring individuals, I have seen and experienced the power of positive transformation of human mind. I have developed expertise in organization management, talent acquisition, and capacity development leading to growth of individuals and organizations. I continue to explore opportunities that allow me to ideate and innovate interventions at the systems level that engineer required mindset and behavior change for result and impact. I am currently indulging these expertise by designing programs with a focus on human capital development and coaching individuals to tap into their unfulfilled potential. Personable, professional, savvy and creative. Fluent in Hindi, Nepali, and proficient in Spanish.
