Ever heard them say “there’s no point paving the cow’s path” when it comes to implementing technology? No? There goes that edge. I’ve worn many hats in my career for the past 15 years – installer, trainer, manager, PCI security officer and consultant, software designer, tester, systems analyst, technical support. As a result I have the unique ability to manage projects of a variety of disciplines and navigate through complex challenges. My experience has taught me that more than my technical expertise the following is what brings more value. I strive to improve the process and procedures in my own company to incorporate best practices and better ourselves internally in addition to taking care of our customers. When I try to help our customers solve a problem I don’t believe throwing technology at it always help. That’s where paving the cow’s path phrase comes in. I listen, analyze and present them with the best solution for them from our product line. I don’t care who gets credit. I want a successful implementation and a happy customer. Customers always thank me for staying calm and relaxing them in difficult and chaotic situations. I’m adaptable. I am exceptional at communicating and explaining any situation that can be easily understood by users from a multitude of backgrounds. I want to always learn new skills. Technical Skills: Windows servers, IIS, Windows clients, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Office, Visio, C, C++, Visual Studio, Networking (WANs, LANs, Wireless), HTML, ASP, ASPX, Photoshop, Symantec Ghost, VMWare Outside of work, what’s important to me is my wife, daughter, son, all black German Shepherd and trying to leave the planet in a better state than it is now.
