Hi! I’m Divand Azriel, a Business Logistics graduate from the University of Logistics and Business International (formerly Politeknik Pos Indonesia), with a strong foundation in Supply Chain Management, Planning,Procurement,Inventory Management,Warehousing and Distribution & Logistics. During my studies, I actively participated in campus organizations and achieved recognition by winning 2nd place in a storytelling competition. My professional journey began with a 6-month internship in the HSE & DG Department at PT Leschaco Indonesia, where I supported cargo safety compliance by monitoring 25+ subcontractor trucks, improving incident reporting, and helping reduce safety incidents within 6 months through better control and implementation. Currently, I am part of the Air Import Freight Division at PT Leschaco Indonesia, where I manage end-to-end import cargo operations—overseeing 250+ shipments per month and achieving a 99.64% lead time success rate. I coordinate with more than 50 customers, vendors, and customs officers weekly, ensuring timely and compliant clearance while maintaining a 95% issue-resolution success rate within 2 × 24 hours. Certified in Occupational Health and Safety (AK3U), Basic Fire Fighting, and Basic First Aid, I bring a strong understanding of risk management, workplace safety, and regulatory governance. I take pride in my ability to analyze vendor performance, optimize operational efficiency, and uphold safety and compliance standards across all processes. With excellent communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills, I’m passionate about driving continuous improvement and contributing to the success of logistics and supply chain operations.
