Divesh is an IT professional with over 11 years of experience managing IT service delivery, infrastructure design, security, and techno-commercial operations in various sectors such as IT, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and manufacturing in India and abroad. He has a strong background in implementing and maintaining enterprise-class IT services, standardization, and establishing processes for smooth functioning of IT operations, with a focus on ITIL best practices. Divesh is also an ITIL certified professional with strong project management and leadership skills. In his current role as Senior IT M&A Consultant at Ernst & Young LLP, Divesh is responsible for conducting due diligence, developing IT integration strategies, managing project timelines and budgets, leading change management efforts, conducting post-merger IT assessments, and building relationships with clients. In his previous role at LIXIL India as Leader, IT/ Digital - Business Information India, Divesh was responsible for service delivery, project management, business continuity, and IT operation management. He also drove IT strategy for India business for all four entities of LIXIL in India, IT infrastructure, and business systems strategy and implementation in India, ITIL functions, managing business applications, infrastructure management, IT security, IT audits, and resource allocations. Divesh has also been part of several projects such as Ease of Doing Business Initiative and its sub-projects, E-Learning Portal for designers and architects, H2H setup, GST E-Invoicing setup for Grohe and LIXIL India, payment collection automation and channel financing setup for the dealer community of Grohe & LIXIL IN, marketing automation and digital leads management for Tostem business in India, and DocuSign implementation for India business. Previously, Divesh has also worked as Deputy Manager - IT at DCM Shriram Limited and at Royal Enfield, where he was responsible for several activities such as study and implementation of new IT infrastructure initiatives and its project management, IT security, IT policy implementation, support activities related to IT Infra applications, driving change management initiatives, incident management, configurations, troubleshooting, handling escalations, developing models for operations & maintenance of IT infrastructure, enhancing service-oriented capabilities, and driving cloud strategies and journey for the organization. He is certified in Microsoft Certified Azure Architect Technologies, Google Cloud Certified - Google Suite, and ITIL.
