My professional journey began at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where I worked with global pharmaceutical clients to build and manage ETL pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS), and large-scale databases. I led the development of scalable data processes using Talend, MySQL, and Snowflake, supporting robust, high-performance data solutions across teams. Analytics in Action at Bell Canada Currently, I’m sharpening my front-line analytics skills at Bell Canada, one of the country’s top telecom companies. Here, I dive into sales and customer data to identify trends, improve service strategies, and resolve discrepancies in real-time. This role bridges my technical knowledge with a strong focus on business outcomes and customer experience, reinforcing my ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
