I am an individual with optimistic attitude towards life and my work with good interpersonal skills. I am a B.Sc. Home Science graduate with an experience in the field of dietetics. I worked as an Assistant Dietitian in a gym and I have experience of making different diet plans for different age groups. I also worked in a Cafe named B-fit Cafe as an Assistant Manager. I have a good command over Microsoft Office and proficient in speaking English, Hindi and Punjabi. I am very compassionate and confident working in the corporate world. I look forward to the opportunities of working in a friendly environment. I believe in giving my 100% to whatever work is assigned to me. I completed my Post-Graduation program in Global Hospitality Management(Co-op) and Global Business Management from Conestoga College, Kitchener,Ontario, Canada. Being here in Canada I have gained so much of experience in different sectors. I worked as a Customer Service Associate, helped customers with cash & credit transactions, greeting them and helping them find the best product, cross trained employees in my team and I made myself more self dependent towards my work as a Quality Assurance at Nature Fresh Farms,Ontario. Being a QC brings more responsibility to serve the best quality to the people throughout Canada and the US. For me Quality of the products is the most important part of my job and see the betterment of the community. Nowadays, working as a Commodity Coordinator at Nature Fresh Farms where I allocate all sales orders and workorders at the Distribution Centre. Manage inventory by making use of FIFO, LIFO and FEFO methods. Strategize with Production Scheduler for production planning based on current overall quality and supply. Review IB transfers, POs, returns, and grower packing to determine allocations. Look at all product daily when evaluating and planning allocations. Through the guidance of the Commodity Manager, develop creative solutions when roadblocks present themselves. Evaluate daily truck ETAs to ensure allocated product will meet these times. I believe in keeping my eyes on stars and my feet on the ground.
