As a Master's Student of Fashion Design at Politecnico di Milano, Italy, I am pursuing my passion for creating innovative and sustainable solutions for the apparel and fashion industry. With over eight years of experience in designing casual and active wear for women's western wear, I have developed a strong portfolio of skills and achievements that demonstrate my creativity, vision, and leadership.I have worked as a Design Manager at Myntra, one of India's leading online fashion platforms, where I led a team of designers and managed the entire design process from trend analysis, fashion forecast, and concept generation, to product designing. I have also contributed to the growth and success of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. and Arvind Fashions Limited, two of India's largest and most respected fashion companies, as a Design Manager and an Assistant Design Manager respectively. I have mentored and guided assistant designers and interns and collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations. I have a strong hold on design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and I am proficient in CLO 3D Fashion Design Software, a cutting-edge tool that enables realistic 3D simulations of garments. I am fluent in Hindi, English, and learning Italian and have a keen attention to detail and a high sense of aesthetics.
