I also have hands-on experience in using security tools and platforms, such as SIEM and Splunk Enterprise, to monitor and analyze security events and incidents, and to generate security reports and logs. Additionally, I am proficient in Microsoft Power BI, which I use to create and present data visualizations and dashboards. In my previous role as an Office Administrator at Newstar care, I managed the timesheet process for clients and addressed queries related to payroll and recruitment. I also handled various administrative tasks, such as data entry, record maintenance, appointment coordination, and financial support. I demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and customer service skills by working on a rota and contributing to different admin roles within the care home. I am now seeking to leverage my cybersecurity and IT administration skills to enhance the security posture and performance of an organization.
