My professional journey began at Uber, I explored a couple of portfolios over a 2+ years span. I handled the Dealership Channel for Pune, contributing to the overall city supply and managing Pune Airport and Railway operations. I played a crucial role in Uber's product launches in Nagpur, Nashik, and Aurangabad within a one-year span. With experience leading a team of 5+ business development executives responsible for supply acquisition, I was recognized and awarded for single-handedly managing and achieving Nagpur's city growth in terms of supply and demand targets ahead of schedule.My 4 year stint at PhonePe in Insurance Operations included core responsibilities like stakeholder management, strategic planning, and operational excellence. I led core operations activities related to insurance, that broadly involved driving and tracking business performance through funnel monitoring, identifying and fixing process/product gaps, and conducting reviews with respect to partnership performances and business metrics.Additionally, I have experience in single-handedly managing projects focused on customer experience and business expansion to drive conversion metrics.Apart from my professional life,I also freelance as a content writer and ghostwriter.
