About Divya Arora

I'm an innovative, strategically oriented person passionate about providing outstanding services and fostering excellent relationships at work. I earned a B.com in banking and insurance in India. My bachelor's degree gave me a strong foundation in understanding numbers. But it also helped me hone my soft skills and expand my public relations abilities. During my journey, I became interested in public relations, which helped me secure two internships in the field of human resources and broadened my horizons. Following my degree's successful completion, I was able to secure a contract position as an IT recruiter with a Belgian company. My onboarding and resume screening skills improved after a year of employment there. I had a reputation as one of the top workers since I met my goals and valued my clients and co-workers. By the time that contract expired, I had been fortunate to land a new position as a customer service representative with a reputable company in India. I improved my time management and communication skills there, and my ability to solve problems and handle customers made me a vital team member. To advance my profession, I decided to move to Vancouver, Canada, to pursue an MBA in human resources and expand my studies in all facets of the field. My lecturers were helpful enough to allow me to work on two projects throughout the course of my stay. I had the chance to oversee the projects of both a profit-making and non-profit organization, which gave me insight into how Canadian companies manage their workforces. While pursuing my master's degree, I was hired as a sales lead representative in the retail industry. In addition to improving my goal-meeting abilities, this commission-based position gave me a deeper insight into sales and customer service. Throughout my journey, I have had many opportunities to learn, and due to my go-getter nature, I have completed a few human resource certifications and am still looking forward to learning more. I'm delighted to report that I earned my Master of Business Administration in April 2024. As a result, I'm seeking employment prospects in the human resources sector, predominantly in positions like recruiter, generalist, and coordinator
