About Divya Arora

Divya is a project management and architecture expert with over 9 years of experience in the design and construction industry. She holds a postgraduate diploma in project management from the University of Winnipeg and a bachelor of architecture from Punjab Technical University. Currently, she is working towards her PMP certification. She has worked as an assistant project manager at UWCRC 2.0 INC, where she developed and evaluated RFPs and RFQs, provided feedback on design package submissions, and developed FF & E budgets and estimates for various projects. She also participated in innovation and value engineering sessions to cut costs and enhance functionality, resulting in increased project value and a solutions-oriented approach to clients. Previously, she founded and ran her own business firm, Lattice Architects, in India, which specialized in architectural, interior design, and project management services. She worked on various residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from inception to completion, both as a whole and in phases. She excelled in managing challenging projects by using her effective management skills and keeping them within budget and on time. She is proficient in various software programs, including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office suite, AutoCAD, Google Sketchup, Photoshop, REVIT, and Lumion. She also has the ability to work effectively with computers, navigating numerous systems at the same time to research and compile pertinent data. She is passionate about creating innovative and sustainable designs that meet the needs and expectations of the clients and the end-users. She is a team player who collaborates and communicates well with different stakeholders, from clients to consultants to contractors. She is always eager to learn new skills and improve her professional development.
