A compassionate and detail oriented professional with over a decade of progressive marketing & analytics experience in social impact. In my current role as Marketing specialist at Canadian Blood Services, I am working on national marketing and activation strategies to recruit and engage donors and help meet patient need across Canada. Snapshot of my journey: During MBA from IIM Kozhikode, I developed a deep interest in marketing & research, thanks to it’s world-class marketing professors. My career started with churn management in Telecom wherein I worked on predictive models and customer segmentation. Received an award for creating a real-time offer process using segmentation resulting in ~10% higher retention and lowest customer attrition in industry. Built proficiency in MS excel, Access, SPSS while being part of multiple six-sigma projects. In my next role as Innovation & Strategic Partnerships Manager, launched 15+ New products, managed OTT partnerships and an award-winning digital WebApp that offered personalized competitive offers through e-bazaar. This role also demanded me to push the boundaries, and that’s when I picked up the habit of always trying something new, doing thorough research, coming up with new ideas, and bringing them to life. I joined Greenlight Planet in 2015, a US-based global leader in off-grid clean energy products with a mission to power underserved populations. I worked on new product launches, annual marketing planning, brand building and managing advertising agencies. I worked as Global product manager in Nairobi, Kenya managing global product launches, primary & secondary consumer research,targeted campaigns in markets throughout Asia & Africa. As Marketing Leader Asia, managed a 13 member marketing and creative team, launched 20+ award-winning campaigns & 50+ events, driving B2C & B2B marketing strategy. Won LinkedIn Compassion Award & 15+ marketing & company awards during this time. In Channel Insights role, I worked on loyalty programs and built data analysis & visualization skills with Looker, Data Studio and Tableau extensively working on new insights from attrition data, qualitative and quantitative research. Fun facts: I have played Indian women’s cricket at national level (U16 & U19) as a strike bowler. Won multiple choreography competitions. I was also among the top 5 finalists for the Citi Women leader award 2010.
