My role has spanned functional support, user coordination, UAT assistance, issue triage, and technical analysis using SQL and PL/SQL. I’ve worked on resolving issues related to journals, order booking, shipping, invoice generation, and data discrepancies, using direct queries on Oracle base tables like RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_ALL, OE_ORDER_HEADERS_ALL, GL_JE_HEADERS, AP_INVOICES_ALL, etc. I’ve created and debugged value set issues, DFF setups, concurrent program errors, and report failures. I’m familiar with Oracle Alerts, FSG reports, workflow troubleshooting, and basic API usage for data corrections. Tools I’ve used include SQL Developer, JIRA, ServiceNow, and Oracle front-end forms. I’m Oracle-certified in Financial Business Processes and bring the unique ability to bridge business users and technical teams effectively — ensuring faster resolution cycles, process clarity, and stability in ERP environments.
