About Divya Chilamanthula

I’m a results-driven SaaS delivery leader with 8+ years of experience in project execution, customer onboarding, and team leadership across high-growth environments. At Zenoti, I lead the Single-Center Practice—overseeing onboarding strategy, resource planning, and quality control for projects delivering $1M+ ARR. I’ve improved delivery velocity from 60 days to 15 without compromising quality and reduced rework to under 10%, ensuring efficient resource utilization and excellent customer outcomes. My work spans cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Data Migration, Consultant teams. I forecast capacity based on pipeline trends and monitor backlog health. I'm passionate about using data to solve problems, with strong command of Excel and Python for analysis, automation, and reporting. I’ve also led process transformations like designing onboarding playbooks, and creating internship programs that strengthen team readiness and drive delivery excellence. I’m a fast learner and adapt well to fast-paced environments—bringing agility and ownership to every challenge. I believe in combining operational rigor with empathy—for customers, teams, and outcomes that last beyond go-live.
