About Divya Dabral

I’m an HR professional with a deep interest in building processes that truly make a difference—for both candidates and employees. In the past year, I’ve had the chance to work across several areas, starting with setting up the talent acquisition process from scratch and leading the end-to-end implementation of an ATS to help streamline and scale the hiring efforts at River mobility. Along the way, I’ve also been involved in projects across employee referral program (ERP), internal job postings (IJP), onboarding, and employer branding—each one focused on improving the overall experience and making our HR function more effective and engaging. For a short period, I also worked on program management for the commercial side of the business, which gave me a well-rounded view of how different teams operate within a system to bring the goals of an organization to life. HR has always been a space I’m genuinely passionate about, and I’m constantly looking to explore and learn more—whether that’s through new projects, tools, or ways of thinking.
