As a Customer Care Associate and EA to the CEO and MD of Shoppers Stop, I support the strategic and operational aspects of the company, which is one of the leading retail chains in India. I handle customer queries and feedback, coordinate with various departments, and assist the top management with planning and decision making. I have a strong educational background in management, with a Bachelor of Arts in Foundation in Management and a Master of Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Indore, one of the premier business schools in the country. I also have certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Google Analytics, which demonstrate my skills in process improvement and data analysis. I am passionate about learning new things and exploring different domains of knowledge, culture, language, and art. I enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and understanding their needs and expectations.
