About Divya Dharshini

An enthusiastic and well-spoken former Early Childhood Professional with 4 years of experience in the teaching industry who made a career switch to Event Management. I am now an Event Management Apprentice working at a Professional Conference Organisation (PCO) named International Conference Services (ICS) and concurrently pursuing my Work Study Diploma in Event Management at ITE College Central. As a passionate individual who developed my love for turning dreams into reality and networking with people from all walks of life, I decided to take a dive into the Event Industry. There could not have been a better opportunity than the Work Study Diploma to equip me with the necessary knowledge and skills to ascend the corporate hierarchy. Being a former Early Childhood Educator taught me to implement structured curriculum on a daily basis to my students. I am able to apply that structure and order in my conferences. I am currently managing responsibilities in two departments simultaneously, which has allowed me to develop strong multitasking abilities. I provide Membership Management Support and Administrative Assistance to my clients in the Association Department and Social Media Management, Graphic Designing and SEO support in the Marketing Department. This has taught me to leverage my skills and tackle challenges efficiently. In a nutshell, I am passionate about growing in the Event Industry. I am dedicated to explore this field and I look forward to connecting with like-minded professionals who share the same enthusiasm as I do.
