I hold a Ph.D. in Business, specializing in Strategic Management, and several certifications in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe. As a Program Manager, I oversee, direct, and organize the project work within the context of cross-functional project teams supporting agile transformation initiatives across projects.
