Hello Everyone I am on a mission to equip individuals and organizations with the most crucial skills of the 21st century i.e, human skills. There is urgent need to invest in human skills like effective communication, empathy, negotiation, teamwork, and problem-solving to thrive in the era of smart machinery. With the right human skills, one can differentiate and define himself/herself in a crowded job market and become a valuable asset to the organization. My strength lies in teaching interpersonal and intrapersonal communication and self-management & introspection, including elements such as body language, confidence, public speaking, and beliefs active learning, and flexibility, which will help you thrive in the face of adversity and uncertainty. Presently I am associated with few colleges for bridging the gap between campus and corporates.
