About Divya Golyan

I'm a Trainer and Coach. I graduated as a B. Tech from Malaviya National Institute of Technology (NIT Jaipur). While working as a Software Developer in an MNC, I realized that I thrive on helping other people transform. So I got certified as a coach and professionally started personal coaching for youngsters regarding life, relationships and self-development. After some time, I left my full-time job and pursued training and coaching as a career. Our flagship program is Young Changemakers Program, that we conduct for 8-12th class students in collaboration with schools, academies, and clubs. Addressing topics like emotional and digital wellbeing, academic excellence, career selection, and parent-child relationships. The journey continued when business people in my network approached us. Today, we give training and consulting to corporates and SMEs. Our clientele includes companies with turnovers ranging from 8-800 crores. Most importantly, we cater to small and medium sized businesses (10-150 employees) for developing a culture of growth and accountability, keeping people at the core. We also help them establish necessary processes and systems so that the leaders can spend their primary efforts on generating and closing opportunities rather than firefighting for emergencies. If you think we can collaborate or connect in any form, let's have a 121 and make great things happen!
