As a Senior HR Executive at HCLTech - Engineering and R&D Services, I handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various projects and clients, from sourcing to onboarding the candidates. I also manage stakeholder relationships, offer release, salary negotiation, candidate experience, and data management, using internal tools and processes. I have successfully recruited and onboarded multiple candidates for different roles and levels, ensuring quality and efficiency. I have over five plus years of experience in HR operations and hiring, working with different organizations and sectors, such as Indus Group Inc, TechMinfy, and Avere Tech Solutions. I have gained skills and knowledge in various aspects of HR, such as payroll, background verification, HR policies, attendance, employee engagement, grievance handling, exit formalities, meetings, bulk hiring, MIS reports, and more. I have a Master of Business Administration (Human Resources & Marketing) from Swarnandhra College of Engineering & Technology, and a Bachelor of Science from ADITYA DEGREE COLLEGE.
