About Divya Jayachandran

As an architect at VX Studio, I deliver BIM and sustainable solutions for various projects, ranging from residential to commercial buildings. I collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure the highest quality and efficiency of the architectural process and outcomes. I also leverage my skills in Autodesk BIM 360, a cloud-based platform that enables integrated and collaborative workflows across the project lifecycle. Prior to joining VX studio, I worked as an architect at Varsha and Pradeep Architects, where I contributed to the conceptualization, development, and execution of multiple projects, including a large contract for a mixed-use development in Chennai. I also gained valuable experience as an architectural intern at the same firm, where I assisted in the preparation of presentations, drawings, and models. I am passionate about creating functional and aesthetic spaces that enhance the well-being and satisfaction of the end-users and the environment.
