About Divya Joy

A Communications & Knowledge Management Specialist, with extensive experience in the non-profit and international development sector. My expertise is in producing high quality content that meets programme objectives, and communicating successes and learnings from large development programmes to varied stakeholders. Over the last six years, I have specialised as a Communicator in the environment space, in particular, climate change programmes. Until recently, I was working as a Knowledge Management and Communications Consultant with Oxford Policy Management for a £23 million UK Government-funded climate change resilience project in South Asia. I was also engaged as a Communications Officer with WWF-India, an international conservation organization, for their climate and energy programme. Prior to being a communicator, I was working in editorial roles with the publishing industry. My areas of expertise include Content Management, Outreach & Dissemination, Digital and Social media Marketing, Corporate Communications, Developing Knowledge Products & Collaterals, Proofreading, Research, and Editing.
