About Divya Kejriwal

As a Master of Science in Business Analytics student at University of Illinois Chicago I am passionate about applying analytics to solve business problems and drive growth. I have a strong academic background in actuarial science and economics with multiple certifications from the Society of Actuaries. Currently I am working as a Data Science Intern at SelectQuote Insurance Services where I am using Python SQL and Tableau to perform data cleansing manipulation and visualization as well as building predictive models and dashboards to support business decisions. Previously I was an Actuarial Intern at Magma HDI General Insurance Company where I assisted in pricing reserving and reporting tasks and learned about the insurance industry and its regulations. I am also an active member of the Actuarial Science Club at UIUC where I served as a Symposium Committee member and helped organize and host a successful event with industry speakers and attendees. I have excellent communication teamwork and leadership skills and I am eager to learn from others and share my knowledge and insights. My goal is to leverage my data science and actuarial skills and experience to create value for businesses and society and to pursue lifelong learning and professional development.
