About Divya Mathur

I am actively driving the business line's decarbonization initiatives, leading efforts to achieve emission reduction and NetZero targets for SLB and in turn working to decarbonize the industry. I am an experience Project Lead and as a subject matter expert (SME), my expertise lies in Laboratory Design, Process analysers, Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS), Ambient Air Quality Monitoring System, Fiscal Gas Metering System, and Fiber Optic-based Leak Detection System. In 2023, I had the honor of presenting at the prestigious GPA GCC chapter, where I showcased SLB's holistic solution to decarbonize oil and gas production facilities. Additionally, I presented at the ISA Analytical Symposium in 2019, delivering a talk on Environmental Monitoring. During the COVID pandemic, I conducted numerous remote inspections with innovative ideas and state-of-the-art technologies, earning appreciation from clients and management. This achievement was highlighted as a top story on the Petrofac website and featured in the 2021 annual report. I was nominated for the 'Developing Female Leaders' program conducted by The Pipeline and was handpicked for the 'Delivery Assured – Petrofac Pathway' program. Passionate about sustainability, I actively spread awareness and encourage others to make environmentally conscious decisions. At Petrofac, I served as the Chairperson for the "Environment Sustainable Network" and contributed to the "Sustainability and Carbon Capture Focus Team." I worked on a carbon capture and storage feasibility study, focusing on design and total installed cost. As a recognized expert in the field, I was invited to deliver a talk on 'Sustainable Living' at the Emerson office for a global recycling day event. I have also written articles and given talks across various functions within the organization to educate and raise awareness. Known for my collaborative approach, quick learning abilities, and out-of-the-box thinking, I bring a meticulous and methodical approach to my work. As an optimist and action-oriented professional, I possess strong perseverance. I constantly strive to make a difference in the organization and the environment through extraordinary and inspiring initiatives. To further enhance my knowledge in the field of energy within environmental constraints and carbon capture and utilization, I have pursued online studies. I am always eager to learn about new technologies and innovations.
